Cerilo Nuvali - LOCATION

If you are thinking that since Cerilo Nuvali is surrounded by trees and greenery, it would take you a lot of time to reach modern facilities, then you are wrong. The subdivision is actually located right in the middle of Nuvali in Sta.Rosa, Laguna, which is undoubtedly one of the fastest developing patches of land outside of Metro Manila.

You might have some second thoughts about living in Laguna because you think that you will not survive without easy access to shopping malls, bars, and restaurants. Well, there is no need to worry as Nuvali actually has you covered on all those accounts. There are dozens of boutiques, cafes, restaurants, bars, and other recreational establishments that you can think of. There are also several air-conditioned malls within the Nuvali compound, and a couple more just fifteen minutes away. If you are a shopaholic, you need not fear about experiencing withdrawal symptoms when you live in Cerilo Nuvali.

Schools and colleges are not a problem as well. Inside the Nuvali compound, you will find the Xavier School Laguna campus. Xavier School is one of the premier private schools in the country and they accept students from kindergarten to senior high school. If you want other options, you can go to the Sta. Rosa city center so you can gain access to more than a dozen other schools.

Colleges are also not a problem. Miriam College is currently in the process of constructing their own campus with Nuvali. By the time your home in Cerilo is finished, the Miriam College campus will be operating in full swing already. There are also many other colleges and universities in Sta. Rosa city proper and in the adjoining cities, all of which are just minutes away.

Hospitals are also not in short supply when you live near Nuvali. In fact, if you find yourself in need of immediate medical care, you can go to the Qualimed Medical Center, which is five minutes away from the main gate of the Cerilo Nuvali. There is also the Medical City South Luzon that is just as near but in the opposite direction. There are several more public and private hospitals when you go into the Sta. Rosa city proper and in the neighboring city of Binan.

However, probably the best reason why you should consider living in Sta. Rosa, Laguna is because you will only be minutes away from Enchanted Kingdom, which is considered as the premier theme park in the country. If you have young kids in your family, then they will forever love you for moving so close to Enchanted Kingdom.

Other recreational options that are present in the place include the relaxing hot springs of Los Banos that are just fifteen to thirty minutes away by car. If you want to go somewhere where the climate is a bit cooler, then you can head up to Tagaytay City and enjoy the sights and the cool breeze. You can reach the summer capital of Metro Manila in just 30 minutes.
